- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and logistics partners.
- Identify leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Maritime Sales.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, port operations, and logistics services.
- Existing client network in the Mumbai market will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self\-motivated with strong business development abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
