Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition for our digital marketing services. This is a sales\-focused role responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified opportunities, conducting client discussions, presenting solutions, and closing new business.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or service\-based sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound lead qualification.
• Identify and engage business owners, founders, marketing leaders, and decision\-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and business requirements.
• Present PPC Studio's services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Manage follow\-ups and sales conversations throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience selling marketing, technology, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the complete sales process independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing targets in a performance\-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling digital marketing services.
• Experience working with international clients or markets.
• Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing concepts.
