We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor leads, follow\-ups, and conversions to ensure consistent pipeline movement
• Conduct client meetings and presentations for high\-value projects
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase project closures
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project handovers
• Review proposals, quotations, and negotiations before final closure
• Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports
• Train and mentor team members for improved communication and conversion skills
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Target\-oriented mindset with problem\-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
