Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth across assigned territories.
Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure market coverage.
Lead and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of promotional activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and review business performance regularly.
Requirements
Graduate.
4 to 8 years of FMCG food sales experience.
Strong experience in distributor and channel management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
