###### **Roles and Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute government/PSU\-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and influencers.
• Lead end\-to\-end responses for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids.
• Manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upselling, and renewals.
• Stay informed about government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts.

###### **Key Skills \& Competencies:**

• Deep understanding of the government procurement lifecycle.
• Hands\-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and deal\-closing skills.
• Ability to position IT infrastructure and services to PSUs.
• Ability to plan long\-term engagement strategies.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to government procurement norms.

###### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
• Build and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes and REST/SOAP integrations
• Create and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and UI components
• Develop and maintain Transform Maps and data load activities
• Implement secure attachment handling and restricted APIs
• Contribute to ITOM/ITSM/CSM or other module implementations
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities

• Graduate in any discipline
