- *Gramton Weighing Automations Pvt. Ltd**. is seeking an **Sales Manager** with experience in industrial product or machinery sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Visit logistics companies, courier services, transporters, warehouses, e\-commerce hubs, and distribution centers.
- Meet decision\-makers at warehouses, hubs, DCs, and corporate offices to present our weighing and automation solutions.
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit techno\-commercial quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow\-up for order closure and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- 2–5 years of field sales experience in logistics, courier, transport, warehouse, or e\-commerce sectors.
- Strong market network and existing relationships in the logistics/warehouse segment.
- Proven B2B sales skills—lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
