The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for TOEFL and GRE across the Gujarat region in India through the onboarding, management, and development of key channel partners within the study abroad and education ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying high\-potential partners, building strong regional relationships, executing sales plans, and enabling partners to increase test registrations and market penetration. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager, the role will lead regional partner strategy, sales execution, and cross\-functional coordination to strengthen ETS's presence and performance in Gujarat.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners across Gujarat, including study abroad consultants, education agents, universities, and test preparation networks.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve TOEFL and GRE registration, revenue, and market share targets.
- Build strong partner relationships through regular engagement, business reviews, performance tracking, and joint growth planning.
- Deliver partner onboarding, product training, and sales enablement programs to improve partner capability and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to drive local campaigns, seminars, events, and promotional activities that generate pipeline and registrations.
- Expand ETS's reach in Gujarat by identifying new business opportunities and representing ETS at relevant education events and partner meetings.
- Monitor partner performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine regional sales strategy and improve results.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, partner activity, and forecast reporting in CRM while ensuring compliance with ETS policies and local market requirements.

- Strong sales, business development, and partner management capabilities.
- Proven experience in onboarding and managing channel partners, agents, or institutional accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance reporting.
- Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Gujarati language capability would be an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- 6\-8 years of experience in sales, channel partner management, preferably in education, EdTech, test preparation, or the international student recruitment sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Gujarat education ecosystem and solid experience and network with study abroad agents.
