The Role: Sales Manager \- Hyderabad

You will own business growth in the Hyderabad and Telangana market. You'll bring hospitals and healthcare institutions onto Jobizo and help them solve one of their biggest problems: finding the right clinical staff, fast.

What you'll do

\- Acquire new hospital, nursing home, clinic and diagnostic\-chain clients across Hyderabad

\- Build strong relationships with hospital owners, Medical Directors, HR Heads and Administrators

\- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure

\- Grow existing accounts and drive repeat business

\- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

\- Share market insights to help shape our growth strategy in South India

What we're looking for

\- 4\-8 years of B2B sales experience

\- Healthcare industry experience is a must. Hospital sales, healthcare services, healthcare staffing, HealthTech/SaaS, medical devices or diagnostics sales are preferred

\- An existing network among hospitals and healthcare decision\-makers in Hyderabad

\- A strong record of meeting targets and closing deals

\- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Telugu and Hindi preferred)

\- Self\-driven, comfortable working in the field, with a start\-up mindset
