We are looking for a seasoned and results\-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our kitchen fire suppression systems portfolio across Delhi/NCR and northern India. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving revenue through consultative selling, key account management, and channel partner development. This is a high\-ownership, field\-intensive role with significant growth potential.

Permanent Experience 7–12 years Industry Fire Protection / Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Hospitality
Key Responsibilities – Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for kitchen fire suppression systems targeting hotels, restaurants, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and institutional kitchens
– Identify and build relationships with key decision\-makers including F\&B managers, facility heads, procurement teams, and project consultants
– Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long\-term retention
– Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and system integrators across the territory
– Lead client meetings, site surveys, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations from enquiry to order closure
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets – Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; feed insights back to the product and marketing teams – Represent Swastik Synergy at trade events, industry forums, and hospitality exhibitions
What We Are Looking For – Self\-starter who will be able to build a territory from the ground up and grow existing accounts
– Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively
– Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; comfortable engaging from site engineers to CXOs
– Familiarity with commercial kitchen design, MEP consultants, FSSAI norms, or fire safety codes is a strong advantage
– Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic technical documentation
Preferred Background –
7–12\+ years of sales or business development experience in fire protection, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, MEP, or related B2B industries
– Prior experience selling to hotels, restaurant chains, QSR operators, or institutional food\-service operators is strongly preferred
– Graduate in any discipline; Engineering background or MBA preferred
– Existing network with hospitality consultants, kitchen OEMs, or fire consultants in North India is a significant advantage
Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per month
