Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Manager with experience in portal\-based sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales pipelines, and leveraging online business portals to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through online portals, job portals, B2B marketplaces, and digital lead\-generation platforms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Mentor and guide sales executives to achieve team targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of sales experience with exposure to portal\-based sales.
• Strong understanding of online business portals, job portals, or digital sales platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data\-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation

• *Salary:** Competitive, based on experience \+ Attractive Incentives \+ Performance Bonuses.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
