Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our furniture showroom sales team.

Responsibilities

\- Manage and guide the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets

\- Handle walk\-in customers and close high\-value sales

\- Train new sales executives on products and customer handling

\- Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders

\- Coordinate with the office team on orders, delivery and customer issues

\- Report daily and monthly sales to management

Requirements

\- Any degree

\- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (furniture, home appliances or retail preferred)

\- Team handling experience

\- Good communication in Telugu and English

Salary: Rs. 20,000 \- 30,000 per month \+ attractive incentives based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
