Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging machinery and develop business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business with pharmaceutical companies.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports.

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial machinery sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or packaging equipment is preferred.
• Strong B2B sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
