Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and B2B sales. The candidate should have experience in developing new business, handling key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Handle B2B sales, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, polymers, or plastics.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in handling industrial clients and achieving sales targets.
• Candidates from plastic or polymer manufacturing will be preferred.

Job Type: Full\-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
