- *Sales Manager \- Industrial Electronics Services (Baddi)**
- *About the Role**
Synchronics Electronics Pvt. Ltd., India's leading industrial electronics repair company, is expanding its North India operations with a new office in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. We are seeking dynamic sales professionals to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, packaging, textile, chemical, food, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to build a robust customer base while representing a company that repairs equipment from 50\+ global brands including Siemens, ABB, and Allen Bradley. You will identify repair opportunities for industrial electronics including PLCs, HMIs, Drives, Servo Systems, and Process Instruments while developing long\-term partnerships with key decision\-makers. Based on your experience and capabilities, we have openings for Sales Executive (1\-3 years), Assistant Manager (3\-6 years), and Manager (6\+ years) roles with corresponding responsibilities and growth trajectories.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business from manufacturing industries by identifying and approaching decision\-makers in Maintenance, Production, Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical, and Purchase departments
- Conduct regular customer visits across Baddi and nearby industrial areas to promote Synchronics' industrial electronics repair services and build strong relationships
- Identify and qualify repair opportunities for PLCs, HMIs, Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Systems, Process Instruments, Power Supplies, and Laboratory Instruments
- Prepare comprehensive customer visit reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into repair orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals while coordinating with Vadodara Head Office for repair execution and seamless customer support
- Represent Synchronics professionally at industrial exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and establish Synchronics as the preferred industrial electronics repair partner
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline; Diploma holders with proven industrial sales experience are also welcome
- Sales Executive: 1\-3 years of sales experience; Assistant Manager: 3\-6 years; Manager: 6\+ years in relevant sales roles
- Prior experience in industrial automation, electrical products, instrumentation, or industrial services is strongly preferred
- MBA in Marketing or relevant advanced qualification is an added advantage for managerial positions
- Must own a two\-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across Baddi and nearby industrial areas
- Willing to travel to Vadodara Head Office for product training and professional development as required
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and comfortable visiting factories and industrial plant environments
- *Skills Required**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse industrial audiences
- Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities with proven track record of closing deals
- Customer\-focused approach with capability to identify customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- · Solid knowledge of industrial sales processes, sales cycles, and business development strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM software knowledge is a distinct advantage
- Strong planning, reporting, and follow\-up skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Basic understanding of industrial electronics, repair services, and technical equipment terminology
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
