The Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation within the assigned market by developing and managing relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
The role focuses on maximizing room night production, increasing market penetration, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening CGH Earth's presence within the travel trade and corporate segments. The incumbent will serve as a brand ambassador and contribute directly to achieving the organization's sales and revenue objectives.
- *Business Development \& Prospecting**
- Identify, develop, and acquire new travel trade and corporate accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular sales calls, market visits, networking meetings, and client presentations.
- Generate room night business across all CGH Earth properties.
- Develop strategic plans to expand market share and revenue contribution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into business.
- *Travel Trade \& Corporate Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, destination management companies, and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure consistent engagement through meetings, product updates, and relationship\-building initiatives.
- Strengthen CGH Earth's market visibility and brand presence.
- *Revenue Generation \& Market Expansion**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote the complete portfolio of CGH Earth properties and experiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase room night production and revenue.
- Work closely with the Reservations and Revenue teams to optimize sales opportunities.
- Support promotional campaigns and market\-specific initiatives.
- *Sales Administration \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, agreements, and business reviews.
- Submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Support property familiarization visits and client engagements.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to business planning discussions.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Room night production from assigned markets.

- *Qualification \& Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Travel Sales, or Business Development.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to travel may also be considered for junior\-level opportunities.
