Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target\-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Kannada.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Handle client interactions and build strong customer relationships.
• Promote company services and convert potential leads into clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain sales reports and update lead information.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• **Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.**
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client\-handling and convincing abilities.
• Target\-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
