We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business development, and increase sales of residential and commercial properties.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
• Generate business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Promote residential plots, villas, apartments, and construction projects. Handle client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.

• *Requirements**

• Any Degree / MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction or real estate sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the construction and real estate market.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
