The focus is on promoting telemedicine in remote areas by onboarding medicine stores onto our platform for digital consultations. The aim is to create a market fore\-consultation by leveraging existing healthcare networks. The long\-term goal is to establish user habits, leading to sustainable demand for digital consultations.
· Drive revenue by ensuring sign\-ups of medical stores, clinics, and hospitals in remote areas of India.
Online Chikitsa Mitra e\-Clincs sign\-up and activation. Additionally plan to open multiple number of E\-Clinic Plan India.
· Actively engage with new leads and conduct cold\-calling to convert leads for the OCM Partner Program, along with the team.
· Establish and maintain a sales funnel with sufficient leads at each stage to ensure conversions.
· Set monthly and weekly sales targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
· Take ownership of partner integration into the OCM ecosystem until full assimilation.
· Develop comprehensive guidelines and documents for tele\-sales processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
· Identify and create relevant content to support tele \- sales efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
· Conduct morning and evening meetings with the sales team.
· Assign leads and maintain a healthy lead funnel.
· Monitor and track sales team and individual performance on a daily basis to track progress towards targets.
· Setup systems and processes for the team's progression and growth.
· Provide weekly progress updates and reviews to management, supported by relevant data and reports ("Monday Review" and "Daily Reports").
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management every quarter to discuss business growth.
· Identify innovative approaches to drive sales through webinar reviews and discussions with the sales team.
· Document strategies to drive sales for both existing and new medical stores, clinics, and doctors.
· Ensure team members have comprehensive product knowledge to effectively educate customers and address their needs.
· Provide training on handling customer grievances as needed.
· Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and performance of the tele\-sales team.
· Interact with new leads and coldcall to generate leads for the OCM Partner Program.
· Motivateexistingpartners to drive salesgrowth.
· Resolve queries related to sales during pitches/presentations.
· Takeownership of partnersuntilthey are fully integratedintotheeco\-system.
· Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow for achieving repeatable results.
· Identify content to aid in tele\-sales andcollaboratewith internal teams to develop it.
· Interact with field and customer relationship teams to identify and refine downstream problems during pitches/presentations.
· Workwith internal teams to generatemarketingcollateralsthat can drive tele\-sales.
5\-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, telemedicine or e\-clinic setup projects.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or any graduate\-level qualification.
· MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare Management is preferred.
· Strong sales and business development skills.
· Experience in healthcare, medical technology, telemedicine, or e\-clinic solutions.
· Process\-oriented and methodical approach to sales execution.
· Self\-motivated and target\-driven professional.
· Strong self\-learning ability and adaptability to new healthcare technologies.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
