Mittal Alliance X Shy Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) \& Territory Advertising Manager to help expand our local business marketing network and generate qualified sales opportunities.
This role combines outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and advertising sales. You will be responsible for prospecting businesses, booking qualified meetings, and selling comprehensive marketing solutions designed to help local businesses increase their visibility and attract more customers.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting \& Lead Generation
\- Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and direct prospecting.
\- Identify and engage decision\-makers across multiple industries.
\- Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments.
\- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within CRM systems.
Territory Advertising Sales
\- Develop and manage an exclusive local territory.
\- Present and sell our multi\-channel advertising solutions to local businesses.
\- Build relationships with home service providers, restaurants, retailers, and other small\-to\-medium businesses.
\- Handle objections professionally and close advertising opportunities.
Client Onboarding
\- Collect client assets such as logos, business information, and promotional materials.
\- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
\- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process.
Marketing Solutions You'll Be Selling
\- Premium advertising placement on community postcards distributed to local households.
\- One\-year premium online directory listing with SEO benefits.
\- Targeted social media marketing campaigns.
\- Multi\-channel marketing solutions designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
\- 1\+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, appointment setting, advertising sales, or merchant services.
\- Strong cold\-calling and relationship\-building abilities.
\- Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
\- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
\- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
\- Goal\-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
