\* Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
\* Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
\* Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
\* Manage large strategic accounts and develop long\-term relationships with decision\-makers.
\* Collaborate with technical pre\-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
\* Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
\* Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
\* Mentor junior sales or business development team members.
\* B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)
\* 5\-10 years of proven experience in selling Industrial Automation products/solutions
\* Strong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive/Manufacturing clients
\* Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoT
\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\* Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel across the region.
\* Willing to travel frequently across India
\* Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
\* Transportation allowance will be provided.
