Our product portfolio includes Payment Gateway (PG), Payout Solutions, Collections, Merchant Payments, and Digital Financial Services. We are looking for a driven and results\-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate business growth by acquiring and managing clients for our payment solutions.

  • *Position Overview**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new merchants and enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth for the company's Payment Gateway and Payout solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong FinTech sales experience, an extensive network within the digital payments ecosystem, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Business Development**
  • Generate new business opportunities for Payment Gateway (PG) and Payout solutions.
  • Identify and acquire merchants, startups, SMEs, aggregators, e\-commerce businesses, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • *Client Acquisition \& Relationship Management**
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers including Founders, CFOs, Finance Heads, and Operations Leaders.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of acquired clients.
  • *Revenue Growth**
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive transaction volume growth across acquired accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling payment products and services.
  • *Market Intelligence**
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging payment technologies.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to product and leadership teams.
  • Stay updated on RBI regulations, payment ecosystem developments, and FinTech innovations.
  • *Collaboration \& Reporting**
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Merchant Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FinTech, Payment Gateway, Payouts, Banking, Payments, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of Payment Gateway, Payout APIs, Merchant Acquiring, Collections, and Digital Payment Solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a target\-driven environment.
