Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Drive student enrolments and maximize lead\-to\-admission conversions.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales performance through CRM and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide business insights to management.
  • Minimum 3**\+ years of experience** in Sales, Business Development, or the EdTech/Education industry.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
