You will recruit, train, and manage the AI worker network, own sales targets, coordinate geographic expansion, and be the primary accountable person for revenue in the field. You are the key bridge between the management and the last\-mile intermediaries who sell directly to our customers.
1\. AI Worker Network — Recruitment \& Ramp
- Recruit and onboard AI workers starting with an initial cohort at launch and adding new workers each month as village coverage expands.
- Conduct structured induction: product knowledge, selling skills, farmer handling, digital ordering process and after sales support.
- Issue sample kits to each new joiner (3 BovEasy kits at cost) and certify readiness before field deployment.
- Monitor AI worker performance on an ongoing basis, proactively identify and report any sales or distribution challenges to management
- Take corrective action to ensure targets set by management are met.
2\. Geographic Village Ramp — Bhadra \& Hanumangarh
- Execute village activation in Bhadra in a phased manner each month, completing full tehsil coverage within the first four months of the pilot.
- From the fifth month onwards, begin Hanumangarh District expansion, adding a defined set of villages each month as per the phased rollout plan.
- Map each AI worker to a defined village cluster; ensure no village overlap and full catchment coverage.
- Maintain and report a village\-level tracker (coverage, AI workers, farms visited, kits and products sold, repeat purchase rate).
3\. Field Visits \& Farmer Engagement
- Accompany AI workers on joint farm calls in the first week of each village activation.
- Resolve escalated farmer complaints or product queries within 48 hours.
- Gather field intelligence on competitor activity, pricing sensitivity, seasonal patterns and other relevant parameters for sales and share monthly with management on a monthly basis.
4\. Reporting \& Administration
- Submit a bi\-weekly sales report: units sold by product by village, active AI worker count, new farms and farmers enrolled, and exceptions.
- Prepare a monthly P\&L\-aligned performance summary covering revenue, commission payouts, other costs and next\-month outlook.
- Manage AI worker commission calculations and submit to accounts by the 3rd of each month for timely payouts.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews (Jul, Sep, Nov, Jan).
