Job Summary

Sourcing Profile

As a Sales Person in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to potential clients. Your primary goal is to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals that align with the company's objectives. The role involves effective communication, market research, negotiation, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market trends.

Client Relationship Management

Establish and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Provide personalized service and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Property Presentation

Showcase properties to clients through effective presentations, property tours, and virtual walkthroughs.

Highlight the unique selling points of each property and address client questions and objections.

Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare and present offers to clients and assist in the closing process.

Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Market Analysis

Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors.

Provide regular reports on market conditions, property values, and competitor activities.

Sales Targets

Set and achieve sales targets in accordance with company goals and objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Documentation and Compliance

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Work closely with the legal team to facilitate the closing process.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
