Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for a smart, confident, well\-groomed, and result\-oriented **Sales Head / Sales Manager** to lead the sales operations at our PARADISE PALM Villa \& Residential Plotting Society in Moradabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and the ability to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the overall sales operations at the PARADISE PALM Society.
• Welcome and attend prospective customers visiting the society office and provide complete information about available plots, villas, pricing, and payment plans.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads, explain project offerings, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Develop effective sales strategies, promotional schemes, and attractive offers to generate more customer interest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
• Identify new opportunities and implement innovative ideas to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain customer databases, lead records, follow\-up schedules, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be well\-groomed, presentable, and professionally dressed.
• Soft\-spoken, polite, confident, and customer\-friendly personality.
• Comfortable making sales calls and interacting with customers.
• Strong ability to handle customer queries and close sales.
• Should have leadership qualities and the ability to independently manage sales activities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining customer records.
• Prior experience in real estate, property sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
