Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical) or Business Administration.
• MBA in Marketing / International Business is preferred.

Experience Sales Manager

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Minimum 5 years in the Solar PV, Solar Cell, Solar Module, Semiconductor, or Renewable Energy industry.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Strong understanding of solar cell and module manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PV technologies (TOPCon, PERC, HJT, IBC).
• Familiarity with international trade and export documentation.
• Sales forecasting and demand planning.
• CRM software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.
