• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-driven Sales Manager to lead our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in the architectural visualization and real estate sector.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in real estate, architecture, and design industries
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, and agencies
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team for project execution
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

• *Requirements**

• 6\-8 years of experience in sales (preferably in 3d animation studios, real estate, architecture, or creative services)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to understand creative/technical services like 3D visualization and animation
• Good networking and relationship\-building skills
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in 3D animation and visualization or related industry
• Existing network in real estate developers, architectural firms, interior designers, industrial and engineering sectors
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
