Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive, target\-driven **B2B Sales Professional** to drive revenue growth for our enterprise IT hardware solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with major IT OEMs and national distributors.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **New Business Acquisition (B2B):** Identify, target, and acquire corporate accounts, SMEs, educational institutions, and industrial clients across Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Baddi) and the surrounding region.
• **Product Portfolio Coverage:** Pitch and close deals across commercial IT hardware, including:
• Commercial Laptops, Desktops \& Workstations (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
• Video Collaboration \& Unified Communications (Logitech VC, Poly, etc.)
• Enterprise Servers, Storage \& Rack Infrastructure
• Networking Hardware (Switches, Routers, Access Points, Firewalls)
• Power Backup \& Peripherals
• Audio Video Solutions

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years of proven track record in corporate/B2B sales with an IT System Integrator (SI), corporate IT reseller, or tier\-2 distributor.
• **Market Knowledge:** Established enterprise and SME client connections in the Tricity / Punjab / Himachal industrial belts (Baddi, Dera Bassi, Ludhiana).
• **Technical Acumen:** Good understanding of hardware configurations, enterprise licensing, and video conferencing room setups.
• **Commercial Skills:** Hands\-on experience with OEM deal registration workflows, margin calculations, and tender/RFP processes.
• **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• **Mobility:** Must possess own conveyance for corporate client visits.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
