\*Job Summary:\*
We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The sales manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing distributors and key accounts, and ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
\*Key Responsibilities:\*
\* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
\* Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
\* Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
\* Identify new business opportunities, markets, distributors, and customers.
\* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
\* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
\* Review sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
\* Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
\* Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
\* Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
\* Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
\* Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
\*Experience:\*
\* 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in food products or consumer goods.
\* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.
