Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
- Min 1\-3 Year experience required
- Manage and lead the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and lead conversions.
- Develop effective sales strategies.
- Train and motivate sales executives.
- Handle important clients and improve closing rates.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team productivity.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
