- *Sales Strategy \& Planning**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- *Team Leadership \& Management**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Assign territories, set individual quotas, and monitor progress.
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow\-ups and support.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- *Reporting \& Documentation**
- Track, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and pipeline status.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
