We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function for Windsor Majesty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
*Key Responsibilities**
Drive sales of residential and commercial units at Windsor Majesty.
Generate and convert leads through various channels including walk\-ins, referrals, channel partners, digital campaigns, and corporate tie\-ups.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing customers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to maximize project visibility and sales.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of customer documentation and coordination with the CRM and accounts teams.
Maintain high standards of customer service and post\-sales support.
