We are seeking a results\-driven and strategic **Online Sales Manager** to oversee and grow our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, managing e\-commerce platforms, optimizing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online touchpoints.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Manage day\-to\-day operations of e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Analyze sales metrics and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and increase average order value.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitor activities and emerging digital sales trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales associates or e\-commerce executives, if applicable.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E\-commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in online or digital sales management.
• Strong knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data\-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and KPIs.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for e\-commerce websites.

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
