Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Generate leads through various marketing activities and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, field marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
• Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase lead generation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of market research and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
