• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and target\-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive to generate business, build client relationships, and promote our premium products. The role involves meeting architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and customers to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business through client visits and networking.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up on enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into sales.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in building materials, tiles, interiors, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
