Sales & Marketing Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Visit architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and fabricators to generate enquiries.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation team for project costing.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
