We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. The candidate should be willing to travel across Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad for business development and client engagement activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad for client meetings, business development activities, and marketing initiatives as required.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Manage social media activities and marketing promotions.
- Support branding and lead\-generation initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong presentation and client\-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad for business purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
- Experience in digital marketing activities.
