Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer\-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time\-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
