Job Overview

KLM Assets Fin is inviting applications for the position of Marketing/Sales Executive at our Kottayam branch near to Manorama Junction, K K Road.

We are seeking a proactive and target\-oriented professional with experience in financial services who can drive customer acquisition, expand the local market, and build long\-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate business through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
• Explain suitable chit fund schemes and financial products based on customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and consistent follow\-up.
• Monitor installment payments and assist with collection\-related activities when required.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely service throughout the customer relationship.
• Assess local market opportunities and contribute to branch business growth.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and generate business.
• Knowledge of financial products and sales practices.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and capable of working towards targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
