We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented, and highly motivated Sales \& Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities \& sales through developing relationships with contractors, construction companies, builders, architectures, project managers, and industrial clients, while promoting and selling our range of scaffolding \& shuttering material products.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, industrial and real estate sectors.
Generate leads through market networking, site visits, referrals, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, project managers, architectures and construction companies.
Conduct regular client meetings and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
