Sri Shyam Fashion Textiles is looking for an young, energetic and result\-oriented **Field Sales \& Marketing Executive** to join our Kolkata team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, visiting B2B clients ("parties"), showcasing our latest product samples, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Visits:** Travel across assigned locations in Kolkata to visit new and existing clients/parties.
- **Sample Showcasing:** Present and demonstrate our product samplings effectively to potential buyers.
- **Sales Generation:** Understand customer requirements, pitch appropriate products, and convert visits into orders.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- **Market Feedback:** Collect and report feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the management team.
Candidate Requirements
- **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Riding Ability:** Must know how to ride a two\-wheeler confidently.
- **Documentation:** Must possess a valid 2\-wheeler Driving License.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in apparel, textiles, or retail B2B field sales is highly preferred (Salary will be matched based on your experience).
- **Language:** Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- **Attitude:** Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable with daily local travel.
