Ability to generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and social media 2\. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM/sales tracking tools 3\. Target\-oriented, self\-motivated and persistent approach Preferred Skills 1\. Experience in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Billboard / Hoarding / Media Sales 2\. Ability to understand a client's marketing requirement and recommend suitable advertising locations 3\. Experience selling advertising space or media solutions to businesses Certifications (if any) Job Details Key Responsibilities: • Generate new and positive sales leads for the company's outdoor advertising boards/hoardings • Identify businesses and brands that have a potential requirement for outdoor advertising • Prospect through cold calling, field visits, online research, networking, referrals and advertising agencies • Contact business owners, marketing managers, brand managers and advertising/media agencies • Understand client requirements, target audience, location requirements and advertising budgets • Present suitable hoarding/OOH advertising options and explain their benefits • Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits • Convert qualified leads into confirmed advertising bookings • Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects and ensure opportunities move through the sales pipeline • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow\-ups and closures • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead\-generation, sales and revenue targets • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management Team Size, cross\-functional team to collaborate with: 3\-4 Members Reporting Structure: Marketing Head Project Details: Outdoor Advertising Industry Domain: Advertising and Marketing Ideal candidates resume if available: Compensation • Budget/CTC Range: 30000\-40000/month \+ Incentives • Educational Qualification: Graduate • Relevant Industry Experience: Sales/ Marketing • Communication Requirements: Kannada, English, Hindi, • Any Exclusions: Recruitment Process • Expected Joining Timeline: Immediate
