Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, textile, housekeeping and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients for manpower supply and corporate services.
• Visit prospective client companies and meet HR Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers and decision\-makers.
• Explain company services, prepare company profiles, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead databases, sales pipelines and follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client manpower requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service charges in coordination with management.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and business development activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing and corporate client acquisition.
• Ability to approach HR, Admin and Purchase departments.
• Knowledge of lead generation, client follow\-up and sales reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Target\-oriented approach with good relationship management skills.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
• Performance\-based incentives.
• Travel allowance as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
