Sales & Marketing Executive

• *Duties and Responsibilities:**

The Employee shall be responsible for developing new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, promoting company products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Employee shall maintain relationships with existing customers, conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. The Employee shall prepare quotations, follow up on customer orders and outstanding payments, coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. The Employee shall also address customer complaints, provide market feedback to management, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• *Qualifications and Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits as required.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
