• *Job Description for the Position: Sales \& Marketing Executive**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle existing customer accounts and take orders through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate product promotions on platforms such as Instagram, Websites, and Etsy.
• Follow up with customers for payments and account\-related matters.
• Share catalogues, product videos, CAD designs, and other information as required by customers.
• Review customer orders and coordinate with Production, CAD, Diamond, and Dispatch teams for timely execution.
• Monitor urgent orders and ensure on\-time delivery.
• Verify sales invoices and maintain sales records.
• Send periodic customer statements and resolve account\-related queries.
• Coordinate export/import activities related to repair and replacement orders.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Sales and business development mindset.
• Knowledge of social media and online marketing.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
• Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.

• *Preferred Experience**

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
• Experience in Jewellery / Diamond Industry will be preferred.

• *Salary**

25,000 to 30,000 (As per experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
