Job Title: Sales \& Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing professional to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Signage, Shop fitting, Retail Fit\-Out, Interior Fit\-Out, and POP/POS sectors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within retail, hospitality, corporate, real estate, F\&B, and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Sales Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions for signage, shopfitting, fit\-out, and POP/POS projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing Activities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales \& Business DevelopmentRequired Skills
- Strong B2B Sales and Business Development skills.
- Knowledge of Signage, Retail Fixtures, Joinery, Interior Fit\-Out, and POP/POS solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong market networking and client acquisition abilities.
