Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and increase patient referrals and hospital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

\* Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.

\* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors and healthcare partners.

\* Generate new business opportunities and increase patient footfall.

\* Conduct field visits and marketing activities to promote hospital services.

\* Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing initiatives.

\* Maintain records of doctor visits, referrals, and marketing activities.

\* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

\* Prepare regular marketing reports and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements

\* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

\* Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is an advantage.

\* Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

\* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

\* Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

\* Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
