• *Job Description**

Handles prospect research, CRM updates, follow\-ups, project case studies and coordination with your digital marketing agency. This person supports the BDM rather than replacing them.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and result\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships and promote the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote company products and services through various marketing channels.
• Handle client inquiries, follow\-ups and sales negotiations.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases and track leads.
• Explore new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Visit clients and attend meetings whenever required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Self\-motivated, confident and target\-oriented.
