Sales \& Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Vinorise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and result\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Executives to support business growth for PG\-HUB India, Resorts\-Villa, and other IT projects. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, business development, property onboarding, relationship management, and field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit PGs, hostels, rental properties, resorts, villas, and commercial establishments.
  • Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients.
  • Meet property owners and business partners.
  • Explain company services and business benefits.
  • Generate sales and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Onboard new clients and properties.
  • Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration candidates preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.

Compensation

  • Performance\-based commission during probation.
  • After successful completion of probation, expected CTC: ₹4\.5–₹8\.4 LPA based on performance.

Pay: From ₹500,000\.00 per year
