Are you a growth\-focused marketing leader with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions from scratch? We are looking for a Marketing Head (0→1 Growth Specialist) to drive end\-to\-end marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and growth initiatives in a fast\-paced SaaS/B2B startup environment.
Build and scale the marketing function from 0→1
Define marketing vision, strategy, processes, and team structure
Drive demand generation through digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content, outbound, and performance campaigns
Partner with Sales teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue generation
Own brand positioning, messaging, storytelling, and GTM strategy
Lead PR, thought leadership, employer branding, and market visibility initiatives
Hire, mentor, and build a high\-performing marketing team
Establish KPIs, optimize campaigns, and improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
10\+ years of marketing experience with strong 0→1 growth expertise
Proven success in SaaS, B2B, or product startup environments
Deep understanding of demand generation and performance marketing
Expertise in content marketing, inbound \& outbound strategies, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
Experience in brand building and go\-to\-market execution
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands\-on execution
Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools
Exposure to AI and technology products
Prior experience in startup or high\-growth organizations
